Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days is happening on October 6th through the 7th. It’s your chance to get early bird deals on products that’ll likely be discounted again (if we’re lucky) during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. As usual, the deals aren’t totally exclusive to Amazon; Best Buy, Walmart, Newegg, and several other retailers are vying for your attention and dollars with similar sales. Throughout the two-day event, we’ll be bringing you all the deals that we think matter the most, across multiple categories we frequently cover at The Verge.
You’ll need an Amazon Prime membership if you want to get in on the best Prime Day deals. There’s good news if you’re between 18 and 24 years old: Amazon will grant you six months for free, with a discounted $7.49 monthly rate after. The plan has limitations on account sharing, understandably.
