Sony Xperia 10 VIII: Same specs, new price.

The new midrange Android phone has almost exactly the exact same design and internals as last year’s Xperia 10 VII apart from two meager upgrades: a brighter display and louder speakers. Oh, and at €599 / £549 (around $700-750), it’ll also be € / £150 more expensive when it launches in Europe in “mid-to-late September.” Thanks, RAMageddon.

<em>Those two rear cameras are the same, with a 50-megapixel main and 13-megapixel ultrawide.</em>
<em>The display is apparently 50 percent brighter, but otherwise similar: a 6.1-inch, FHD+, 120Hz OLED.</em>
<em>It’s the same inside too, with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and 5,000mAh battery.</em>
<em>This “Frozen White” finish is new, at least.</em>
<em>And “Misty Lilac” too.</em>
<em>“Frosted Gray” sounds new, but it looks pretty damn similar to last year’s “Charcoal Black.”</em>
